The subconscious mind is like the oldest sibling with all the responsibilities, the important thing to know about the subconscious mind is that it knows only "now", it does not understand space-time. Space-time is from the conscious mind if one can get these two to align and agree, one can have all their dreams come true.

Write it down


Consciously know what you want and write it down, 
each day for 30 days. Remember, the subconscious mind likes habituation and it takes at least 21 days to change a habit. This will allow the subconscious to know you are serious and that this is not just one of many adventures that went nowhere. 

Also, writing it down is a vibration, the vibration of writing is causing the subconscious mind to take note and change its vibration to match the conscious mind but it will only change it, if you are serious which is why to invest thirty days. This will shift the power of your subconscious mind and reprogram it for the better.


Meditation


Practicing meditation and getting to the theta state makes the subconscious mind and its power to feel safe and allows it to explore the feelings it creates. Again, repetition is key. The subconscious has to know the intensity and seriousness, but not just with feelings but with thoughts and actions. 

Even without any action being done, it still needs to feel safe enough to know why you're replacing a habit so planning it out in the mind helps the subconscious feel safe. Once it knows it is safe, things will be easier because the subconscious mind will help attain the dreams and will not work against the conscious mind.
